Customising Notification Preferences

Steps to Customise Notification Preferences:

  1. Accessing Account Management:

    • Begin by logging into your Scan My File account.

    • Navigate to the 'Account Management' section, usually located in the top menu or the sidebar, depending on the platform layout.

  2. Navigating to Notifications:

    • Within the 'Account Management' section, click on 'Notifications'. This will direct you to the section where all your notifications are listed.

  3. Adjusting Preferences:

    • Click on 'Notification Preferences'.

    • Here, you'll see a list of all potential notifications categorized by type (e.g., User Management, Token Management, etc.).

    • Beside each notification type, there will be a toggle switch or checkbox. Clicking or tapping this allows you to:

      • Turn ON a specific notification: This means you'll receive alerts related to that category.

      • Turn OFF a specific notification: This will prevent alerts from that category from reaching you.

    For instance, if you're more concerned about token-related notifications and wish to minimize notifications about user management, simply turn OFF the toggle or uncheck the box next to 'User Management Notifications'.

  4. Saving Preferences:

    • After making your desired changes, ensure you click on 'Save Preferences' button. This will lock in your choices, and from this point onward, you'll only receive notifications based on your updated preferences.
